PhD course 'Environmental Justice', 12-16 June 2017

Jens Friis Lund and two of SCIFOR’s advisory board members, Andrea Nightingale and Jesse Ribot are teaching the PhD course ‘Environmental Justice’ 12-16 June 2017 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The course is convened by the Department of Food and Resource Economics, University of Copenhagen, Norwegian University of Life Sciences and the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.

PhD course ‘Bureaucratic Encounters’ held 16-18 June 2015

Some of the principal investigators of SCIFOR organized a PhD course with colleagues from the Danish Institute for International Studies June 16-18, 2015. The course was entitled ‘Bureaucratic Encounters – Front Line and District Civil Service and Development’. The course had 15 participants from around the world, including one of the SCIFOR PhD students.

PhD course ‘Expertise, Environment and Development’ (EED) held 11-14 August 2014

Some of the principal investigators and the three advisory board members of SCIFOR convened a PhD course in Copenhagen on ‘Expertise, Environment and Development’ (EED) August 11-14, 2014. The course had 22 participants from around the world, including the four SCIFOR PhD students.
